Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your Eau d’île St Barth swimwear, but if you are unsatisfied in any way, we shall give you a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.

You can of course return your Swimwear to us for a credit note or a refund, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We just ask that the item be returned in its original packaging and condition with the Eau d’île inflatable bag.

Unfortunately, if any of items is stained, damaged or without the hygienic protection label. In particular, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with all Eau d’île garment tags and any hygienic liners and adhesive strips still attached and not having been removed. Items scented with perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted for return.
