FAQ – Eau d'île St Barth | Lurury Swimwear Line and Beachwear

We recommend that you rinse your garment in running water after each use to ensure that you remove any residues that may be left on it, such as suncream, chlorine or salt water.

As soon as possible after use, you should hand-wash in luke-warm water using mild detergent/soap flakes or a detergent specifically formulated for swimwear. Swirl the garment by gently rubbing any stubborn areas. Leave to soak, then remove and rinse under running water.

Do not use fabric conditioners and do not leave your swimwear to soak for long periods of time.

Do not put your suit in the washer or dryer.

Some of the pieces in our collections are decorated with hand-applied crystals. Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that must be handled with particular care. To ensure that your Swarovski product remains in the best possible condition for a long period of time, please follow the instructions below:

Swarovski crystal protection

When washing clothes with Swarovski crystals applied to them it is recommended that you turn them inside out before placing them in a soft wash bag and filling the drum.

Laundry detergent type

Select a gentle wash cycle and use a mild detergent. This will all offer a certain level of protection and maintain the quality of crystals from Swarovski.

Wash cycle strength

When washing Swarovski crystals in a washing machine, the most important factor in ensuring a secure wash is correctly applying the product, without compromising its adhesion.

All deliveries outside France and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied upon arrival in the country of destination. Payment of these will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates, as they vary according to country.

We hope that you love your Eau d’île St Barth swimwear, but if you are unsatisfied in any way, we shall give you a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.

You can of course return your Swimwear to us for a credit note or a refund, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We just ask that the item be returned in its original packaging and condition with the Eau d’île inflatable bag.

Unfortunately, if any of items is stained, damaged or without the hygienic protection label. In particular, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with all Eau d’île garment tags and any hygienic liners and adhesive strips still attached and not having been removed. Items scented with perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted for return.
